Auréa Gautreau of Résidence Bellevue, Dieppe (formerly of Gautreau Village) passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the age of 86.

Born on August 7, 1927 in Belliveau Village, she was the daughter of the late Camille V. LeBlanc and the late Evéline Bourgeois. She worked at the Institute of Memramcook until her retirement. She was a member of the Pré-d'en-Haut Golden Age Club.

She is survived by her two daughters, Jeannine Leblanc of Memrarncook and Huberte (Eugéne) Gaudet of Pré-d'en-Haut; one son, Léandre Gautreau (Jeanne Martin) of Pré-d'en-Haut; six grandchildren: Martin, Serge, Réjean, Claude, Christian and Nathalie; five great-grandchildren: Rémi, Danika, Mikaelle, Malix and Madeleine; five sisters, Dora LeBlanc and Evélina (late Alban) Léger both of St-Joseph, Cécile (Léandre) Gautreau and Aline LeBlanc both of Dieppe and Rita (Ulysse) Richard of Notre Dame; four brothers, Yvon (Lucie) LeBlanc of Moncton, Aurèle (Yvette) LeBlanc and Léonard (Marie-Marthe) both of Dieppe and Antoine LeBlanc of Moncton and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Léonard (2009), two sisters, Marie (infant) and Jeannette.

Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral service to be held at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation church, Pré-d'en-Haut on Tuesday April 8 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
